End-User License Agreement and Terms of Use – Grok Bot QuickBooks Integration

Effective date: October 5, 2026
These Terms govern the use of "Grok Bot QuickBooks" (the "Integration"), a private software integration owned and operated by The Bug Bully, LLC ("we," "us"). By connecting or using the Integration, the user agrees to these Terms.
1. PRIVATE, INTERNAL USE ONLY
The Integration is built solely for the internal business use of The Bug Bully, LLC. It connects only to our own QuickBooks Online company account. It is not offered, licensed, or sold to any other business or person, and no one else is authorized to use it.
2. LICENSE
We grant ourselves and our authorized users a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Integration for our own business purposes, namely reading our customer records to help draft customer outreach emails that are reviewed and approved before sending. The Integration may not be copied, resold, or used to access any other QuickBooks account.
3. INTUIT AND QUICKBOOKS
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The Integration is not made, endorsed, or supported by Intuit. Use of QuickBooks Online is also subject to Intuit's own terms and policies.
4. DATA AND PRIVACY
How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
5. NO WARRANTY
The Integration is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available. All drafted messages must be reviewed by a person before sending.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bug Bully, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use of or inability to use the Integration.
7. TERMINATION AND DISCONNECTING
We may stop, change, or discontinue the Integration at any time. Access can be ended at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks Online (Settings > Apps, or Intuit account > Connected apps). When disconnected, Intuit revokes the Integration's tokens immediately, so it can no longer access QuickBooks data, and we delete any stored tokens.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
9. CHANGES
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
